Frances Bay and the Jews of Dauphin, Manitoba
Charles and Frances Bay created dozens of 8mm home movies during the 1960s documenting their vacations and family life. These included trips to Europe, Israel, Canada and throughout the United States.
The Jewish Heritage Centre of Western Canada digitized a sample of these home movies that recorded visits with family in Winnipeg and Dauphin.
